We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
It must be returned in original packaging, with all original accessories and items included
If the original packaging is no longer available, please pack the item securely in a suitable replacement box to ensure it is well protected during return shipping.

Reason for the return
Videos unbox and photos product (if the item is damaged or defective)
Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the correct return address, which may vary depending on the product and warehouse location.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
🧾 Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.
⚠️ Sale Items
Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
🔧 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos or videos of the issue.
We’ll review the case and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, when applicable.
💳 Refunds (If Approved)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds are processed within 3 - 10 business days
The refund will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund
